Our Women Empowerment & Self-Help Program aims to uplift rural women through economic independence, capacity-building, and leadership participation.
Key Features

Formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs)
- Skill training in tailoring, food processing, candle-making, handicrafts, dairy, and agri-allied sectors
- Financial literacy workshops for managing savings, loans, and micro-enterprises
- Assistance in linking SHGs to banks and government micro-loan schemes
- Leadership training to encourage women’s participation in local governance
Support Ecosystem
The project collaborates with NGOs, NABARD, and Rural Livelihood Missions to provide seed funding and market linkages. Periodic exhibitions and fairs are organized to promote SHG products under the brand “Made by Rural Women.”
