The Rural Livelihood & Employment Connect Program bridges this gap by identifying unemployed youth and connecting them with skill centers, job fairs, and local employment opportunities.

• Village-level registration of unemployed youth
• Linkages with Skill India and PMKVY training partners
• Soft-skill and entrepreneurship workshops
• Creation of Digital Job Cards
• Promotion of self-employment and micro-enterprise models

Support Ecosystem

We partner with industrial training institutes, government missions, and private employers to ensure placement assistance. Special focus is placed on women, differently-abled individuals, and marginalized groups.
